you may just have a bad connection under the lock button under switch panel on your drivers door. check electrical plug in at door lock switch by removing that panel from driver door.it may be that you have to replace that door lock switch .thers only one fuse for door locks and if pass side works, it's not blown.

4WD 4.3L SFI 6cylthe Flasher is located front seating area, passenger side, behind dash,
under access panel, mounted in fuse panel
in glove compartment behind.
On the inside trim, you can remove screws that are by the door handle,
arm rest, under door and side of door and then gently pull back on the
panel as there will also be retaining clips attached and you don't want
to break them. You'll need to lift the door panel upwards in order to
get it off the window ledge. Then you'll need to manipulate the panel
and disconnect the door handle linkage from the door handle and
disconnect the wiring for your controls.
You will have to remove the door panel, behind the triangle piece on the top right of the drivers side door panel you will see 3 nuts which hold the mirror in place. Remove the nuts and the mirror should come right off the door. Same on the passenger side.
The book says 1. remove power accesory switch panel by using suitable flat blade tool at front. 2. Disconnet electrical connections.
3. pry door handle plug by using small flat bladed tool
4.remove door trim handle mounting screws
5. remove door trim panel from retainers.Start at rear bottom corner and pry outward.
6. remove door panel.
KD does make a tool that will properly pry the door panel away from reainers. KD 3705 You might get by with a screwdriver.
One other thing you may need to have the window down to get the panel to come off. You will have to lift up on it once it is loose from the fastners.
