Locate cabin air filter for 2006 kia sorento - 2006 Kia Sorento

Hi. The 2006 Kia sorento is not equipped wiht a cabin air filter. Only the 07 and 08 sorentos are equipped wiht this filter. With that said; If your vehicel had a filter, it would be located just behind the glove box. If you were to access it for replacment, you would Open the glove box and remove the side stops so the glove box can swing fully down and hang on its hinges. Once that is done, you will be able to access to the cabin air filter and the clips which hold it in place.

It is located behind the glove compartment. You will need to open the glove compartment and remove the glove compartment door by taking off the screws at the hinges. This will give access to the cabin air filter housing. Remove the top of it and take out the old filter. Note the arrow position and put the new one in the same way.
