Child deterrent lock in operation.

fuse boxes vary by. (that box is PDC, primary distribution center)
1: country
2: engine opted day 1. AND Transmission, (drive line options)
3: if car has A;C or not.
4: and other options.

why not state the problem first and ask what to do.
for a win/win.
if its is just a parts hunt "purchase decision"?
why not just look at the jeep.com pages at the parts list;.
lots and lots of fuse boxes.

or ask a wrecking yard, to look this up on the Hollanders, data base. (and expensive subscriptions service)
or call jeep and ask them.
i see the car is so old he PDC is no longer listed. so...

it covers fuses.
and Rev back fuse is marked on cover
as is TAIL (park and dash.)

just a flash light and 5min. looking finds 99% bad fuses.
why do you need to know the exact one?
here is the full FSM> see wiper wiring, its fuse #17 runs the front.
it runs the waster too, so if that works its not Fuse 17.

17 is marked FRT WIPE

see power distrubution page 3. top left corner fuse.
if the fuse is good we use a voltmeter to find out what really is bad.

Hi you can find a illustration of the fuse box in the service manual. If you do not have a service manual you can purchase one from any auto parts store or you can also go to your local library and make a copy they should have a manual in the automotive section.
