Go to ford owners manual.com and register for free then download the owners manual then go to roadside emergencies and your fuse box diagrams and fuse values are there also try cleaning the master window switch contacts and connector and make sure they fit together very tight also lubricate the connections with pb blaster or WD40 or carbon conductive grease then see what happens also take off the door panel and do the same for the driver door module if you have keyless entry make sure the keypad is working and that the wire is connected and also the wire going to the door latch lock at the back of the door all fuses accessory relay for power windows the driver door module the master window switch are all on the same circuit
Check all fuses and relays and fusible links for breaks...
Unfortunately, I have the same issue in my 2003 Ford F350. It is either the module or there's a relay that is not in the wiring system diagram believe it or not because underneath the dash on the driver side hidden away of course and is very difficult to get to.

asuming u are saying every thing else working meaning all other windows working would probaly lead me to drivers door master window swicth.

Sounds like you need a window motor. Try hitting in center of door trim panel to see if you can get it to work if so replace motor.

Check the fuse panel first, after that check your fuse relays under the hood, if not then it might be a wiring problem.
SOURCE: window fell off track on a 1998 ford expedition
sounds like this could be a problem whithe the track or it came loose from the window regulator. very easy to tell what happend. take the door pannel off and just simply look inside. if it is the part that accualy monts to the window that is your regulator. if it looks like it was glued on to the window then you can go to any part store and pick up a tube of uerothane it comjes in a caulk tube apply this to the track on the regulator and put the window back in this will take about 24 hrs to fully cure. also do not close window all the way only about half way untill fully cured or at least 5 hours

Check the #15 fuse in fusebox behind marked panel on left lower dash just below and left of steering column. This is only a 5 amp fuse but it controls a lot. This fixed our 2001 Expedition. 25 cents.
