I need a fuse box diagram for 1999 saturn sl2 I would like to pull out the fuse for the power locks as they seem to be dysfunctional and I don't want to run out my battery.

The fuse box diagram above says you have a drivers side relay and passenger side relay. If that is correct you might try change the two relay. If the passenger side does not work after that you know the relay is bad. If the two relay are the same. It also show a relay for all the doors.

it locates in fuse box.....pull out and c it..

suggest you start by checking the fuse in the in car fuse box, owner manual will indicated which fuse.

When you take the lid off the fuse panel under the hood, the diagram is on the underside of the lid. When you take the velcro panel off the inside fuse panel next to the passenger's left knee, the diagram is on the back of the panel.

the fuse panel is next to the passenger's left knee. the cover is held on by velcro and the lay out of the fuses is on the back side of the cover. it is also in the owner's manual in the glove box

Sounds exactly like my 1999 SL2 which had "burning and arching" in the fuse box. Car one day be fine the next I'd take it to the store, come back in 10 minutes and wouldn't start, no radio, no power windows, no keyless entry remote, no rear defrost and even locking doors from inside power buttons it sounded odd. This fixed the problem by replacing the fuse box.

Locate the fuel pump relay and replace. shold be located in the fuse box that needed the Tap
