If the auxillary transmission cooler is not in the way of the new radiator, if it was me, i would leave it..It will cool the transmission better. no need to plug line holes in new radiator. Hope this Help you??
The light is letting you know that the engine is oveheating. You did not mention how many miles are on the car, so the over heating could be a number of factors; Thermostat is stuck closed, cooling fan is not operating, radiator is leaking...to name a few.
it is down on the drivers side of the car about 18 inched from the front it has a tight fit so you will need to have a funnel with a hose, to fix the leak you will most likely have to replace your transmission pan (it cost me $240 at the dealership) the saturn ls1 sits very low to the ground and if you dent the pan it will leak i have replaced mine twice in four years
