ENGINE OIL + FILTER CHANGE.LUBRICATE CHASSIS SUSPENSION AND STEERING LINKAGE - LUBRICATE TRANSAXLE SHIFT LINKAGE AND PARKING BRAKE CABLE GUIDES - LUBRICATE UNDERBODY CONTACT POINTS AND LINKAGE - SERVICE/ INSPECT DRIVE SHAFT BOOTS SUSPENSION BUSHINGS + BALL JOINT SEALS. When i try to start my 2006 saturn ion dash lights go on starter clicks but engine doesn't turn over. if iwait 5 to 10 min it starts this only happens in 1 to5o times.

Possibly loose or dirty battery connection

What fuse box and location is the power windows fuse at on a 2006 saturn ion

The fuse box in the 06 ion is under the floor covering on the drivers side seat. Just move the seat all the way to the rear and then starting in the front near the pedals pull up the floor covering which is attached by velcro.

Key won't turn to off, and doors do not unlock ,unless you push forward on the shift lever ( 2006 ION 2 /50,000 mi )

the problem is in the shifter. there's a switch that needs adjustment. if you push it into park with some force (i hesitate to say slam it into park...) it will work fine, but you should get it adjusted.
