Anyway when it's hot it dies and this last Tuesday 85-90* outside it died ,got it home and it died twice putting it in the garage! Is there a 100k service due ,like Mercedes ($1000) easy . Temp gauge was in the middle ,didn't indicate over heating. I SMELLED GAS WHILE IT WAS RUNNING new transmission@96k mas flow@98k belts/tensioners97k coolant flush,98k Again... I went to about five different places within 5 miles of each other, turned off started went somewhere else, yada yada ,fifth place started and then died drove home died twice message center says "engine stalled" no ****...
turns out to be the torque sensor, code 093-741 could be as low as $350 -? if they have to tear the tranny apart someone suggested vapor lock ,not so not a fuel delivery problem Goodyear will not stand behind their work unless I take it to the dealer that did in FLORIDA and I now live in DENVER with 15 months on the written warranty from that dealer.$4360 later back to doing more....

Is it leaking antifreeze underneath the engine at all when it sits overnight? If so I would say the water pump is shot. If it isn't leaking, it could still be the water pump but it might(hopefully) just need a new thermostat. And driving it when it's hot like that to the point where it starts to run rough means you run it too much like that and your engine will blow up and there is probably already damage. So check it out before driving it to much more.
The fact that the oil was low would not be from the oil pump, but from wear in the engine. If it is not smoking when you start it or as you drive, you can probably keep it running by just keeping the oil level checked at each fuel fill-up. As for the car shutting off, you didn't say if the engine seized or got real hot. A low oil pressure problem should have triggered a warning light before the problem got to the point where you lost the engine.
If the car ran after you added the oil, you got lucky and need to always check it.
first job is to check the part load and main beather hoses are ok the stability system light may be a false indicator if the engine has stalled best is to get fault codes out of the ecm with a code reader to help but air leaks on the engine inlet side can cause strange/seeming unrelated symptoms
they are two totally different things.the wiper fluid only cleans the windshield, the radiator fluid/coolant is for keeping the engine cool,
please do not mix them up as considerable damage could occur.
the coolant bottle has a bigger (normally) metal cap about 2.1/2 across.with a seal around the inside edge, whereas the washer fluid cap just pops off to fill it.please check your handbook.
did you check the oil level after the change, if not they may not have filled it properly, if it synthetic oil it may be burning it but not smoking. But for now add the oil it needs and it should start and run fine.
Are you sure the coolant is still low in the bottle. The coolant sensor thats in the bottle has a float that can stick. If it sticks the low coolant light will stay on even if the coolant level is right. Try tapping on the coolant reservoir bottle in the area where the electrical wire enters it. Not too hard. If that is the porblem the light should reset.
Shell has had issues with contaminated fuel in the past cant recall what it was but it actually damaged the fuel pump. I hope thats not the issue here can get costly in some cases fuel pumps on GM are a whole assembly. DOes the gas gauge still read properly? This was a big tell with the contamination last time. Gauge would read empty even when full.
