My ford fussion 07 key is stuck in the ignition it turn but dont come out

Lexus, must we guess maker?
all that needs to be replaced, IT IS BROKEN
if have immobilzer, pause and consider that.
do not work there ,unless air bags SRS are defeated.

do the door locks/boot work ok with the keys
did you replace the old keys with a new set of key s at the same time as the barrel

Insert key into the ignition, move the steering to & fro while turning the ignition key

Replace the ignition switch, Not the key part. It has fell apart on the inside .

IGNITION KEY WILL NOT RELEASE

It can be faulty ignition lock cylinder. I suggest to wiggle the steering wheel a bit and see if the key gets released out. If that is not helping then first turn steering wheel to right and try removing the key, or next turn steering wheel to left and see if you can remove the key.

Spray wd-40 in the ignition key hole and let it remain there for few minutes, after that once again try to remove the key and see if that helps.

But if that is not helping then ignition lock cylinder has to be removed out and key has to be manually removed.

you need a new "Ignition Lock Cylinder" I think a locksmith can help you , or the dealer.

your ignition have to be replaced focus 2002/7 have that problem and a lot more often if you have a lot of other keys with it,try some wd40 ,but if you do take the key out replace the ignition or you going to get stuck.
