Make sure the HT leads are secure. They might be popping off, causing it to not fire on one cylinder. I always change the plugs and leads at the same time to keep them the same age. HT leads break down rapidly and need regular replacement.

I would suggest you go through your entire ignition system. I would start with rechecking the 2 dead plugs for spark. Check all your plug wires for ware and damage check the plugs themselves. The induction wire and im not sure but if you have a distributor check the cap. If you go through the entire spark system and it is getting a good spark you might want to start checking out the engine itself.

Your ignition spark control module is going bad, your coils pack are located right underneth them. this is what tells your coils packs to produce spark to your spark plugs. they are easy to replace just make sure you mark you coil pack with some tape and make sure you put them back in the same order as they came off the spark control module. Easy to replace, just make sure you use the proper size torx or socket size on the screw heads...

I think the problem is more in the plug wires/plugs. Get a long piece of plug wire, long enough to fit to any plug, and check the plugs, one wire at the time. You'll rule out wires and find the bad one if there is one.

Simplest way? Go to your nearest Autozone, and ask to hook up their portable handhelt and check your engine.

Bet it is plugs and/wires. You checked two with no response? Replace those!
