1995 is an odd year for Trans Sport. It isn't OBD I and it isn't OBD II, although the connector appears to be OBD II. It's something GM cobbled together called "GM 1." There is no code reader for this, it has to be done and some expense by a dealer, or a shop that has the appropriate equipment.
May depend on manufacturer date.All domestic vehicles after 96 are OBD II.Some late production 95 models are OBD II. if your diagnostic connector is rounded oval shape its OBD II. If the diagnostic connector is rectangled it's OBD.
