The evaporator for the air conditioning is under the dash on the passenger side. Open the hood and look on the firewall for a rubber hose that sticks out of the firewall. This hose is to allow the water to run outside and onto the ground. Sometimes they plug up and the water can't get out so it builds up and drains onto the floorboard. Hope this helps...

You have a busted heater core under dash this is going to get expensive
Simple fix find the two hoses going to fire wall get a hot water coupler and attach together with hose clamps for now it will get you buy till you can get the heater core fixed
The heater core must be removed from inside the cab
It requires removing dash to get to heater core
The labor alone from just book quote is five hundred not including the parts price which can bump it to almost a thousand

HEllo I have a 2003 GMC Envoy SLT and evey morning the rear end is down practecaly on the floor but when i turn it on the compresor lift the cars rear end back up. I do hear the leak of air in the rear...

well have you determined where the air leak is coming from???? Get soapy water and locate, could just be a fitting loose and a snug with a wrench is all. If this vehicle has an air bag and it is leaking from a puncture or crack in the bag then it has to be replaced, but check air line and fittings with soapy (dish soap ) water first.

Water puddling on Passenger side

The water is probably coming from the air conditioner. There is a drain tube that is supposed to let the water condenstion get out of the system, but the tube sometimes gets plugged. Look on the engine side of the firewall, usually below where the a/c lines go in for a tube coming out of the firewall that is not connected to anything. Make sure that tube is clear.

2004 Envoy Smell like Anti-freeze when turn on the air

probably is a small seep in the heater core. does not have to be leaking enough to find any inside the car to have a strong smell in there just a small seep that makes the heater core wet will do it.

I have a 2004 GMC Envoy. I have a leak to the passenger side floor board when its hot and the air conditioner is running. It is not antifreeze, so I take it that a weep hole for the condensate is plugged...

Damn spiders,Find the hose from under the vehicle and blow some air into the hose, not to high pressure, watch out for the water as it usualy comes out afterwards. Then turn on the blower on high and you should feel some air coming out of the hose. You might want to try the blower on first to see if it actually blocked and not some other problem. Please rate this if it was helpful Thanks
