2001 3500 diesel dodge dually will hold Freon about 4wks slowly leaks our no leaks found evaporator good

I normally use dye now as I used to get customers back complaining, how ever learned a good lesson, the shrader valve through which you fill gas High side and Low side starts to leak, use soapy water to check. Good luck and let me know how you make out.

Remove the belt (remembering how it goes back on, drawing the belt routing usually works) I find it best to remove the two top shroud nuts 13mm. Also removing the air box will allow for access under the alternator. Two 10mm bolts hold in the water pump. Clean the sealing surface.. install new water pump and gasket. Re-install components. Top up lost coolant making sure air is blead out, otherwise you will run into overheating issues.. Good luck
