Take it to a shop. U fu--ed up royally doing the swap. If you had done the job correctly you would not be having this problem. Decent thing to do at this juncture is help your buddy pay for the correct repairs.
One or all power windows not working ? They use a circuit breaker , PWR/ WNDW 25amp . located in the I/P - instrument panel fuse box . Fuse Block - I/P
Under the lower right side of the instrument panel ! If just one window isn't working it's not a fuse problem .
possibly a bad switch... but, more than likely a bad relay/fuse. Check all the fuses first then all the relays. Power going to both those switches can be shorted out. let me know, there are more things you can test to diagnose...
