Check brake light switch on back top of brake pedal. it may not be getting any power or it may be out of adjustment or bad. the fuses are in under hood fuse box.

I have a 2001 malibu and the parking lights don't work. The dash lights up and the brake, hazard, and turn signals still work. Every time we try to turn the lights on the fuse blows and the relay is fine....

sounds like you have a short in the wiring somewhere. try checking all the wiring between the lights and the fuse box and between the fuse box and the switch looking for bare wires or loose ground connections. also check the bulbs themselves.

I have a 98 Malibu and my brake lights aren't working. bulbs are fine. Where is the fuse box for rear brake lights. the center brake light works.

It will be in your engine compartment. It will be a black box, pull the lid on it. On the inside cover of the lid it will tell you what each fuse is for. Find the fuse that says something to do with rear brake lights. When you replace the fuse make sure it it the exact same size, like replace a 5amp fuse with another 5 amp fuse. Also when you look on the inside cover of the fuse box lid there should be a couple empty spaces with fuses in them, these are spare fuses for your car. You can use one of these but just make sure to replace it.

I almost forgot, here is a link to show you what a blown fuse looks like.

Brake lights don't work, one in back window works but ones on tail lights don't checked bulbs and fuses and they are okay

I would check the wiring to the 2 side lights, and make sure they are grounded or none has been cut or corroded. You have good power going to the rear if the 3rd brake lite is working fine so I would trace the wire from the 3rd brake light to where it splits and goes to the 2 rear brake lights...

My driver and passenger side brake lights are not working but the center brake light on the rear door works fine. The fuses and bulbs seem to be fine. Any ideas?

I would try changing the bulbs even if they seem fine. Usually when bulbs burn out both sides go at the same time.

2006 Sonata brake lights don't work except rear deck light.

Check the connection at the brake light switch for power comming out to the barke lights, try feeding power to the brake lights manualy using a jumper wire from your fuse box or battery, unplug the wire from the switch and put power to the harness if everything is OK the brake lights will work, then you need a new switch.

Brake lights not working on my chevy malibu

Check fuse/relay and then check the brake switch under the dash close to the brake pedal. It tells the brake lights to come on when you apply the brakes.
