It depends on whether the system is oem or aftermarket. If it is OEM then you can refer to the owners manual. It will usually tell you which fuse is for the security system. The problem with if it is oem is that the fuse it probably linked to some other system that you might have to have to operate the vehicle.
If it is aftermarket there will be a fuse inline that you can pull and disable the system.
You might try to just take the key and lock and unlock the door and this should reset the system.
You can take the vehicle to most shops or audio shop for help disabling system.
I hope something here will be of help

Brakes lock down at a low rate of speed or when applied

If youve replaced all those parts start by checking everything is mounted correctly. If it is even a tiny amount out it will cause issues.
Next Re-Bleed the brake system starting with the caliper furthest away from the master cylinder and do the nearest one Last.

I had a problem you replied to on a 94 jeep cheroke you said to recycle the key i done that i came up with two numbers 12 then 55 how do i find out what they mean that is good info i have never heard of...

#12 means that the battery had been disconnected within the last 50 times the Jeep had been started.

#55 signals the end of the diagnostics test.

There's no problem. At least not one that's causing a code. 12 and 55 are normal.

94 Jeep Grand Cherokee heater coil has been replaced wont start

If you have a security system, close all the doors and then lock the drivers door with the key, then unlock it. That should re-set the system. I've had the computer completely disconnected from mine several times (used it to check another vehicle) and I don't have security...it started and ran fine...only difference between the two is the security so I'd try that.

Battery charge spiked up on 1994 jeep grand cherokee ltd.

check the battery cable connections, are they clean and tight? This can cause the charging system to spike and go into the 16-17 volt range, the other thing is a problem with either the alternator or the voltage regulator, a diode that is failing can cause this issue.

94 Jeep won't start Security system draining battery

Find and pull the fuse. Even aftermarket units have a fuse somewhere. You will need a new battery after you find the problem as starting batteries do not tolerate going flat too many times. They are not designed for it.
