Assuming you have a known GOOD pump that was replaced. Try turning the wheel right then left while keeping an eye on the fluid level in the pump reservoir. Probably have air in the system.
it could be just a fuse but it could also be the flasher relay packed up if your not even getting a clicking sound first look in the fuse box if all is good in there change the flasher relay
You need to replace flasher unit. This regulates the flashing speed. Check under the drivers side dash (it may hang amongst wires or in a fuse box) or under bonnet where all the large fuses are (these will be in a covered box). Sounds like under dash because of noise. Google search flasher units to see what the look like.
could be bad bulb or while you were changing plug wires you disturbed the headlight wiring.check grounds,try moving the head light wires around to see if bad connection.if pass sides working it shouldnt be fuse or switches.
