Dome light When I take the doors off, my dome light won't turn off.

There are two really easy solutions to this problem:

1) Check your owners manual for a door defeat fuse. It should be behind the glove box. removing this fuse will prevent the interior dome from coming on when the doors open. CAUTION: Doing this will also turn off the noise that alerts you when your headlights and/or interior lights are still on. Failure to turn these off will give you a dead battery.

2) Head over to http://www.quadratec.com and look for a pair of door switch clips. These will keep your door switches depressed when running without doors. You will have to remove them before putting the doors back on and I lost my first pair in a week.

Thats because of the little black button in door jams on cars. when your door shuts it pushes the button in, when your door opens the light comes on.
