Here is for the 2.0L
here is for the 2.2l
first pic was for the 2.0 and the second was the 2.3
easy to change but you might find it helpful to have the right socket for the job.
just ask the person at the parts counter and they should get you the tool you need and may even have a rental version
just checking on my customer list and noticed you did not give me a rating for my assistance
is there anything else I can do for you to obtain a 4 thumbs-up rating?

On the 2.0 L (i think this is the engine in your car) and 2.2 L engines, it's located behind the starter and necessary to remove the starter to gain access
Here is a picture part # and price for sensor. source for info is www.rockauto.com
ACDELCO Part # 213969 {replaces 213-367 #12567711}
SENSOR,KNOCK $23.79
On the 2.0 L and 2.2 L engines, its located behind the starter and
necessary for starter removal to gain access.
On the 2.4 L
engine, its mounted in the block to the right of the oil dipstick
Sorry picture is not available...
You can access the knock sensor
from below, remove the starter motor, then remove the retaining bolt
from the sensor.
Remove
the connector from the wire. replace the sensor, then the starter
motor. You don't need to pull a battery cable, there is no power going
to the starter unless you try to start it.
