The only one you MUST have is the one from the carb to the distributor if it has a vacuum advance on it. If the car is equipped with controls that are powered by engine vacuum they must be connected to work. If you put what car you are working on I might be able to give you a better answer
Carb vacuume lines? I can direct you to a holley website .... it has a diagram that has the q-jet vacuume routing all you have to do is look at the diagram then scroll down and look at the number to see where it goes.
