If you're asking how to, it's not overly hard with a spring compressor. First loosen the front lugnuts. Then jack the car up, apply the parking brake and chock the back wheels so it cant move. Lower the car back down onto jackstands and then remove the wheel.

Remove the brake assembly and rotor as if you were doing a brake job, except dont tie the caliper to the spring, tie it off to the A arm. Undo the 2 large nuts connecting the strut to the knuckle, but dont remove the bolts yet. Put your spring compressor on and tighten it down. Open the hood, and undo the 3 nuts holding the strut in place. Go back under and push the 2 bolts out, and the entire thing will come off in your hands.

Swap the springs over, wipe down the strut brace on the inside and reassemble everything using these instructions going backwards.

Drive the car to the shop of your choice for an alignment and you're done.

SOURCE: 2000 monte carlo dim lights stopped working

First check the bulbs, If the bulbs are o.k. It might be the dimmer switch. I think on a 2000 monte the dimmer switch is built into the multi-function switch.

SOURCE: front sway bar on a 2000 monte carlo

Be very carefull because there are lines and wires that can be broken if the engine is lowered too far. Disconect the battery. Set the parking brake and chock the rear tire.
Put the car on jack stands and take off one of the tires. Put the jack under the rear of the engine cradle. You have to loosen the steering column set screw at the steering rack and loosen the two front bolts that hold the engine cradle to the chassis. Take the two rear cradle bolts almost all the way off and lower the cradle until you can wiggle the sway bar out. The steering will disconnect.
Reverse the procedure to put everything back where it belongs. The steering shaft is a "D" shape so it only goes on the rack one way. Tighten the set screw and torque the engine cradle to the required specification. 133 ft. lb.
IMPORTANT -- Take the car to an alignment shop and have at least the front aligned. The front suspension is attached to the cradle and can be moved out of alignment.
Complete instructions are found in Haynes Manual p/n 24048, chapter 10.

Hit bump, front right fell onto tire. Not shock, what is it

You have struts on the front, so my first guess would be the strut or strut mount. Or it could be the lower ball joint on the control arm.
Should be able to see what came loose.

Is there only top motor mounts that need to be removed in order to change a radiator in a 2000 Chevy Monte Carlo Ls

There is a bunch of stuff that you must remove to get the radiator out.

You must remove:
> Engine strut mounts
> Throttle body air inlet duct and air cleaner assembly
> The front fender upper diagonal braces
> Engine cooling fan and shroud assembly
> Transmission cooler lines
> Radiator upper brackets
> Radiator low coolant module
> Upper radiator (inlet) hose
> Lower radiator (outlet) hose

Then the radiator will come up and out.
