I just bought an idler pulley for my truck, as it went bad, Now the problem is, I can't get it on, or, per say, I can get it on, but I can't get the belt to get back on. I *think* i found the tensioner pulley, at the 9:00 position, but releasing the bolt won't release any tension, how can I do this?
SOURCE: GET TENSION OFF THE IDLER PULLEY

You will need to Turn the Bolt in the Middle of the Tensioner to Lower the Smaller Pulley. You will then Be able to Get the Belt back on. Please Rate my Solution, I need all the Help that I can Get! Thanks!
