You have to hold the belt pulley to prevent it from turning, then unscrew the fan clutch by using a wrench or big channel locks on the part of the clutch nearest the pulley. On your Ram it should be a standard( not left handed) thread. You might have to put the old water pump in a vise to hold it while unscrewing the clutch. When you put the clutch back on you just need to snug it up on the water pump, the pump is a reverse rotation so the clutch will not unscrew itself.
