Most likely yes. One thing about the older Jeeps is that they did not change the models much from year to year. If the two jeeps had the same engine, they are probably nearly 100% interchangeable.

No,this is not normal,this normal when the emergency flashers are on,but not the turn signals.Check the bulbs(all of them)in the rear tail light assembleys.If you can not tell which bulbs are bad,replace them all.Does this vehicle have a trailer light plug?If it does,it could be in it.After the bulb replacement(look at bulbs in your hand to see if filiments are burned)replace the turn signal flasher.To find it turn key on,and left or right turn signal on,and listen,and feel for it under dash around the steering column.

Sounds like your fuel return line is pluged.disconect it after the regulater and run a temporary line to the tank.if it stops flooding,your return line is kinked or plug.

Well the 2 wires that are same color are the heater wires, and then for the other 2 colors, you will have to consult the manual that comes with the universal oxygen sensor. One will be a 5 volt constant from the computer, and the other will be the signal return. So you know which wires are what on the truck, I have the diagrams right here:
