What is the correct order to plug the spark plugs wires to the coil pack?, cilynders are 1,2,3,4 from passenger side to driver side and coils pack is form by two "modules"

The firing order for v6 is 165432
The driver side cylinder bank is numbered from front to rear-- 2-4-6
The passenger side cylinder bank is numbered from front to rear 1-3-5
The picture is for your coil pack, hopefully. So you can see how the coil towers are numbered.
My database for 09 showed coil on plug ignition. Is this the original engine?
I did see info for 07--3.7L that did appear to show a coil pack in tune-up manual.

The engine has coil over plug with coils only on the drivers side. The spark is shared via spark plug cables to the plugs on the passenger side. So If you are replacing the spark plug cables:
#2 cyl.coil drivers side shares spark with #5 passenger side- #4 coil drivers side shares spark with #1 passenger side- #6 coil drivers side shares spark with #3 cylinder passenger side.

follow the spark plug wires up to the coil pack there is only one coil pack for your truck which has all the plug wires going to it.also replace your your plug wires.
