depending on your are there can be loads of places search web search for jeep 2009 re programming. is it that you have replaced the wireless control or its just not working ?
A no crank or no start condition may develop due to electronic lockup of the wireless control module (WCM), also referred to as the Sentry Key Remote Entry Module (SKREEM). When this module fails the remote keyless entry system will also not operate. The WCM is commonly replaced to correct this concern.

patriots have all kinds of cooling problems, make sure that you have enough tranny fluid in it and remember your torque converter uses about 4 quarts, the tranny has a cooler in the radiator, replace the radiator with one that has 2 rows of cooling, your radiator is going to die just like the rest of patriots
speed sensor (which one)
my guess the story goes.
CEL came on
went to autozoned, they scan it and get , undisclosed DTC error
you then see the word speed, and starter replacing any of 4 speed sensors on car.
the scan tool has a reset button, use that first.
if the problem is still there, it will NEVER CLEAR, (by Design)
why not post the DTC errors we can all wax smarter, x10
no engine option stated,
no transmission option either.
the engine can have 2 speed sensors, CKP and CMP, crank and cam.
the trans up to 3 speed sensors.
gue$$ing is expen$ive.

There should only be screws at armrest and behind door release lever..they will have small plastic covers that covers them ..You will have to remove window crank if it doesn't have electric windows which takes a special tool..The complete outer part of panel is just popped in with plastic pop locks..You can carefully pop it off by hand..You will see how simple they are attached..They also make a removal tool for these..It is possible for some to break however you can by a pack of them at a local parts store. If it is electric windows be very careful because you will have to disconnect wiring to the switches before removing complete panel...Top of panel is just slides under rubber window seal..
code p0017 refers to crank/ cam oosition sensor bank 1 sensor B -correlation ===causes --wiring--CKP sensor--CMP sensor--mechanical fault. It also refers to control modules, cooling fan--no signal===causes -- wiring--ECM. If it has a timing chain then the the advice that it will not be the chain is good. So I suggest checking out the cam/ crank sensors and wiring
first you need to remove all screws in thje door panel then remove the crank handle with a pick or special tool to remove the clip that holds the crank arm on. then remove the panel and you will find a plastic cover that cover needs to be removed to access the window regulator. once there you will see screws which hold the window those need to be removed so that you can remove the window crank.
Push the door panel in gently and there will be a clip behind the window crank handle. Remove the clip and the window crank will come off the splined shaft. The clip will be in a half circle around the spline shaft.
