2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee All 3 brake lights are out. all other lights are working properly. I do not see a fuse labeled brake lights. There was one labeled brake switch which I tested and it is goood. Any other suggestions are appreciated

THIS IS MOST LIKELY IN YOUR RELAY BOX UNDER THE HOOD, I BELIEVE IT IS A 50 AMP RELAY. i RECENTLY HAD THIS PROBLEM AND THERE IS 3 50 AMP MODULES <HEAVY FUSES> I HOPE THIS HELPS

i could be the brake light switch at the brake peddle

you have to make sure that the correct bulbs match the ones you removed or else you gonna have these issues

The brake and turning lights are on a different switch than the tail lights. Check the fuse for the brake light circuit. Check to see if your front turning lights work. My guess is they won't work either.

check fuse under tail in fuse box and light bulbs in socket

well first check all fuse make sure builbs are good this jeep has bcm on the back fuse panel they are very commen to have issue you can try to see if local shop can reprogram this or it may be bad hope this helps

Have you tried replacing your brake light switch located under the dash on the brake pedal or it could be a short in the wire. You need a test light and unplug your brake light hornance from the bulb have someone step on the brake pedal touch the light to the hornance and see if your getting electrical current back there

Checked fuse & relays box under hood, usually on drivers side fender area. Should be labeled underside of cover.

its either a brake light switch or brake light bulb socket not making contact in back because the piece where it makes contact brakes easily.,first check if third brake light on top of your rear door is working, if it is its not the brake light switch
