94 grand cherokee laredo rear blinkers/hazards

I'd start with a new flasher relay (they're cheap). If not that, then go to those lamp sockets and check for corrosion. I had issues similar w my 95 laredo...it was the flasher.

Can I swap a 94 jeep grand cherokee laredo 5.2l engine and transmission into a 95 cherokee sport

You probably could with a lot of work. The Cherokee Sport has the 4.0l engine and since it is a 95, it may or may not be an OBD2 computer system where as the 94 will not be. Plus you are going to a much bigger engine. The computers will have to be changed and I am sure you will have to do a lot of fabrication with the motor and transmission mounts among other things. It can be done, but it would be a ton of work!!!!

94 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo: No power to left tail light

Traced the problem to the Lamp Outage Module located in the rear left quarter access panel behind the spare tire. Arcing had occurred on the left taillight line. Fortunately this part is readily available at your local Jeep recovery yard (none available in the U.S. from dealers). Recommend J& W Auto Wreckers in Antelope, CA (web site available). Massive number of Jeeps and fair prices. If you don't want to replace the LOM then you can join the two connectors that go into the LOM (LOM is optional) but you'll always show a lamp failure on your console.

My 95 grand cherokee starts fine but isnt charging

Pretty sure the regulator on those is in the computer (I know...really dumb...) There is a way to wire around it using an older style regulator but it will keep the check engine light on and may not pass inspection like that.
