Have 99 saturn SL2. car pulls left upon hard braking. replaced right front caliper which I thought was bad but didn't solve the problem. upon loosening of brake hose to right caliper, with a light brake pedal pressure there is immediate fluid flow. so I'm asumming the line is not restricted. Is it still possible that the rubber hose is defective? would problems with the back brakes be able to have this pulling effect? are there any valves in the fluid line that could be defective? thans

Assuming that the Tires for both Left and Right are:
1. Equal Sizes.
2. Both Properly Inflated - this is a common problem.
3. Have equal wear on them. Example: If the Left Tire is balding on the outside and the Right Tire is balding on the inside, this too is definite sign of an aligment issue; and will cause unequal braking.
Pulling left (or right) during a hard brake might actual mean your Wheel Alignment is way off. When you get one, get a 4-wheel and not just a 2-wheel alignment.
Also: you thought the right thing, but the Left Caliper or Left Brake Hose might also be bad (sticking) causing the left side to brake "harder" then the right side.
You can also Bleed the entire System (all four wheels) starting at the Right Rear, then Left Rear, then Front Right, followed by the Left Front.

Can I bleed the rear brake on my Saturn SL2 myself or do I have to take it to a mechanic like the Haynes manual says?

you will need a helper to pump the pedal do it with the engine off have them pump the pedal hold it down and then open the bleeder do the several times til all the air is pushed out make sure not to let the reservoir go empty if it does you will need to bleed all 4 wheels

99 saturn sl2 - my car sat for about a month during the winter and when i tried to move it the back left wheel was locked up on it. Any ideas?

you have a stuck caliper and it jamming the brake..take off the tire and spray some WD40 around the caliper and try to pry loose with a flat head screw driver till it start moving than you be ok...good luck

My automatic seat belts are stuck around the halfway mark, how would I get them into the driving position? the Car is a 1991 saturn SL2 Sedan.

Probably best to replace, when the mechanism gets unreliable do not risk fixing try a wreckers yard, make sure the replacements pull out cleanly but lock when "jerked" hard.

Im tryin to find the ins fuse on my 1993 Sl2 saturn

Do not know what an INS fuse is but the 90s saturns I owned, 3 of them, had a fuse panel just to the left of the front passenger's left knee. pull open the panel just to the front of the console, it is held on with velcro.
