I have 2009 Saturn Aura XE. The dealership set up my cell phone to the car's bluetooth. My bluetooth was working fine w/my cell phone for the past 6 months and now it doesn't. At first, I thought it was my phone and I went by the Sprint store and they said the phone is working properly. Is this something the dealership needs to fix?
There is a software update that you will need to have the dealer apply. I had the same problem and it was fixed in 45 minutes.
I've had that problem, before a bulletin email that was sent on May 13th to AURA owners. They tried reprogramming a couple times at 2 different Saturn service centers. Ended up they had to replace the whole computer module with authorization from Saturn Corporate! (I believe it's called the VCIM). Nice thing now is that the same problem is occurring again; I am hoping the new bulletin will fix but if I need another new VCIM I am going to be concerned. I love this car, but am concerned about the bells and whistles on it I purchased don't work. If I knew they wouldn't work - I wouldn't have bought them.

According to other forums I checked, the word is that the fuel filter is in the fuel tank and does not need to be replaced. I would simply call a Saturn Dealer service department and confirm that this is true.

To access the Bluetooth prompts, press and hold down the large button on the right hand side of the steering wheel. It has a pictogram of a person talking. At the prompt say "bluetooth" and then "help". The car will talk you through it. Alternately, head over to www.gmownercenter.com. This site is run by General Motors and registration gives you free access to your online owner's manual and other materials.

Hi, the key fob has contacts on a circuit board, much like a remote control for a tv, or a calculator. These contacts are what the buttons touch, to make it work. the buttons, or contacts may be dirty, with a carbon film on them causing the two buttons not to work, leaving only 1 functional. If you take it apart, much like putting a new battery in, you can actually pop out the green circuit board, and see the contacts. These can be cleaned with a pencil eraser. Try cleaning the contacts, and the back side of the buttons. A re program is not in order, because you have 1 function, and will either work as a whole, or none at all. If cleaning does not work, You may need a new fob. Good luck...coop442000
