Ok , Robin... Note the color and smell of the 'water'. is it green and smells sweet? (antifreeze) is it clear and has no smell ? (condensation discharge from the ac evaporator) is it blueish or pinkish colored? (Windshield washer fluid)
Next note where the 'water' is comming from (aprox. location of leak while vehicle is at rest)
turn the A/C off make sure the windshield defrost is not on also... let the van run a while in an area you know to be clean and clear of any previous leaks.
you have a bad injector or a plug fuel filter or a bad fuel pump check the fuel pump relay first also give these websites a try www.autozone.com and www.alldatadiy.com if all fails stop by your local library and get your hands on a Haynes auto repair manual for your van wish you the best of luck Michigan Man.
your windshield washer fluid is low..... nothing wrong.. just refill the windshield washer resovoir under the hood... usually the cap on it will look like the indicator you described.
2001 Chrysler Town and Country- Won't start. Turn over. It acts like the fuel is not getting to the engine. After many attempts , it starts and runs like there are no problems. The car has 120,000 and has never had a problem. Is the fule pump bad?
