The licence plate doesn't have a fuse, it comes on when you put your lights on, if you have your park lights on and the plate light isn't working then generally it's just a bulb, see what you can find, cheers good luck
Check the brake bulb socket for short , clean replace bulbs , check connector to rear licence plate lights . Also trailer harness for short , all on same fuse circuit .
The license plate lights are usually not dedicated fused, but included with the running lights, if the other lights are working, look for bulb or wiring problems.
