Have 2004 Malibu with what appears to be broken weld on the the motor that raises and lowers the drivers side power seat. Seat leans back and to the right. Is the motor and seat frame a single unit or are there replacement parts for both?

You will have to replace the complete assy. the cheapest way is look for a complete wrecking yard seat, or have yours welded at a local machine shop

You can re-weld the seat brackets. Remove 2 torx bolts in the rear hold seat assemble to floor, tilt seat forward to slide front clips out, disconnect power plug and remove seat. You can set seat outside without removing the seat belt. Re-weld brackets back into place. You can see where they broke off, front and rear.

2010 malibu the two bolts that hold the drivers seat rail the nuts that are securing the bolts seem to have broken loose if I take the bolts out and the nut drops how do I reinstall

The nuts should be captive and welded to the frame of the car, actually if I remember correctly, they should be studs welded to the body/ frame and nuts should hold the seat to the floor.

you will have to remove the seat and the cover to access the hinge, it may just be welded. If it cant be fixed, maybe find one in a salvage yard, If its not the right color, the covers will need to be changed.

Drivers Power seat broken-the support metal arm-2004 Grand Cher

Should just be 4 bolts holding the seat to the floor, and unplug the wires. Only way to fix it is weld it, or get a different base from an auto wrecker.

Removal of rear window

The bad news is when the cable comes loose it normally means some plastic retaining part has broken, so you will need a new or at least a replacement regulator (which is the cable mechanism that rolls the window up and down). This will bolt both to the door and to the window. I would leave the window in the door and just tape it up once you have it unbolted from the regulator.
