Had the same problem myself. Inside the heater matix control is a small fuse this will have blown, you can pick one up from Maplins for about 20 pence. Found out it is quite a common fault on them (happend to two friend of mine).

My heater ac blower isn't working on my daughters 2004 honda civic dx. All the fuses in the fuse block, both inside and under the hood look fine. Another poster said something about a small fuse in the heater matix control. Whast is this and where is it located.
    Thanks,
    Dan

Heater at step 1,2 does'nt work, 3,4 working

Hello saleh.
In your Honda there is a resistor that controls the blower speeds.
The resistor is partially burned out causing the loss of speeds.
Sometimes this can happen due to corrosion but it is also possible a warning that the blower motor is drawing too much power and burning the circuit.
The blower fan flow helps to cool the resistor as it does get hot from the resistance.
The resistor is mounted in the airbox on the right side below the dash. You may need to remove the glovebox to access it.

The fan does not blow. Both fuses are good [40 amp under hood & 20 amp under dash]. Heat does come through when driving but the motor does not blow. I have read to check the cable to the heater coil...

Normally, blower resistor for aircond car can be fuse blow. (Thermal fuse type). In my case, civic 1.7 ex 2002, i take out a part (DENSO 077800-0682) and open the black cover. inside there, have electronics board with some components. The Thermal fuse is paraller with Power FET. If you can't get the thermal fuse to change (checking using ohm meter to confirm it has cut off), just take a small wire and soldering between to leg of the thermal fuse. Then, try reassemble your blower resistor denso 077800 and try on your aircond.

Blower not working

it could even be the blower motor, since u replaced the heater resistor pack, check to see if the blower motor is working, then check the fuse
