Crystal, this is what I found on the Rodeo starter fuse/relay.

On 95-97 and possibly 1998, Chevy Blazers both the turn signal and hazard flashers are located behind the lower dashboard trim just to the left of the cigarette lighter. You can not get to it without taking apart the trim. On the smaller of the 2 engines it is located on the side of the engine and can be accessed underneath the car. The bigger engine V-8 is located under the intake manifold.

Hello: Check the tail lights if they are not working check the tail light fuse

the freeze plugs are located behind the exhaulst manifolds thur is 1 plug for each cylinder thur is all so 1 plug on the back of each cylinder head an 1 big plug on the back of ur motor inside the bellhousing that the transmission is attached to.

The Auto Parts stores here carry Chilton's or Haynes repair manuals that usually have wiring diagrams in the back.

starter is located directly below distributer assy.
