The plugs are wet so its not a fuel problem its a spark/ignition problem. Check the plugs connected to the correct wires. remove one plug and with its wire still on it tie it down to a metal part on the engine. Turn the engine over and look for a spark on the plug, is there one?
I WOULD CHECK IGNITION MODULE FUSE FIRST.IF LOOKS OKAY.I WOULD SCAN IT FOR IGNITION MODULE FAULT OR CRANKSHAFT SENSOR FAULT.THEY WILL CAUSE NO SPARK AND START PROBLEMS.
Yeah, if all the fuses are good. Then have someone crank the car while you hold a plug wire about 1/2" from the plug while they crank it. See if you have spark, careful not to touch the body. you will get shocked if the coils are good. It there is spark then spray some starting fluid into the intake while someone cranks. If it starts then more likely you need to look into a fuel problem. See if the 2 things work first and let me know how it goes.
check your spark plug wells for oil build up. A BIG problem with the early saturn's are related to the rubber valve cover gaskets the go around the spark plug wells. I have changed dozens that just ware out.
Remove the plugs, make sure the new plugs are gapped to .040, put anti-seize on the threads of the new plugs, then install them and tighten accordingly.
if engine burning 2 quarts a week no oil leaks time for a over haul.check pvc valve shake it if rattle its good if not replace it. change valve seals. because if they are leaking they will cause oil to leak bt them burn with gas. also change plugs and wires.if this dont work . time for over haul.
