There is no cure for that other than taking out the engine and tearing it down and replacing the rod bearings. There is probably too much clearance between the bearings and the crank journals do to worn bearings.

97 buick lesabre.its knocking then stalls out.and starts right back up.no smoke.

Knocking at acceleration? Or Idle? Knocking could be a rod, piston slap, or tappets (rocker arms). If its a rata tat-tat its upper engine or tappets. A heavy thump is usually from the crank.

Do I need a new Motor if i have this Loud Knocking that want never stop? or is it My lifter or My oil pump?

It could be a valve lifter. It also could be a rod bearing. In either case, replacing the whole engine is more drastic than you actually need to go. Replacing bearings can be done...

97 mercury gran marquis possible stuck valve knocks when running unplug #2 fuel injector and it stops

Do a leak-down test of that cylinder. If a valve, the test will tell you so and which one, whether intake or exhaust.
The knock is worrisome, hope it's not a piston rod.
