i found one in a haynes book covers sephia and spectra 94 to 04 .i have no idea how to scan this an attach . theres not much to the diagram you have an audio 10A fuse hot in acc or run grn wire .you also have a room fuse 10A hot at all times pnk wire .both are in the i/p fuse block . in the fuse relay box you also have tail lh fuse 10A hot with lights on blu/wht wire the rest is just radio to speakers and antena . wish i could be more help

Usually the owners manual will have a diagram of the fuse panel. But if you can not find a diagram, then pull them out and check them one at a time. If you find a bad one, replace it. You never know. You could have more than one fuse burned out and not even know it!
