The trouble report I'm looking at shows the year of your car as a 2009. Seems to me that's a typo. I would guess that your car is out of warranty.
The P0446 code refers to the fuel vapor system. There are quite a few components involved. Start with the least expensive part; Buy a new gas cap and lets stop there. Let me know if it repaired the problem.
Other items that can cause this problem; the canister assembly trap ($189.89), or the vent purge valve ($90). Also faulty connections.
But lets try the gas cap first. Let me know if the this fixes the problem.

It really depends on the exact problem that is causing the problem. Some of the initial things to check is the electrical connection at the vent solenoid and check for any thing covering the vent solenoid or obstructing the vent hole.
In summary, depending what is found to cause the problem will determine the cost of the repair. I would estimate at least 1 labor hour for diagnostic time then the labor to replace a part and the part cost.
