Replace ABS Module. Apparently the transistor is burnt out in your ABS module and that does cause the motor to run. All you can do for now is unplug the motor from the ABS module and order another ABS module or find replacement on Ebay. You might be able to just take the electronic top part off and replace instead of the whole thing. But until you replace the abs module, DO NOT DRIVE ON ANY SLIPPERY ROAD SURFACES !!!!
Your ABS actuator pump is running ... needs to be checked by certified mechanic

You probably have a bad wheel sensor, they are attatched to the wheel bearings on the front, and there is another one on the rear axle, when one sensor goes bad the motor you hear is redirecting fluid to the brake wheel it senses has more traction
