No power in defroster/air fans, turn signals or power windows? All three quit at the same time while driving. Fuses?
Fuses maybe? but more likely you have a power feed from the battery to the fuse box that has become disconnected or broken.
Get a test light and check the fuses with the key on to see if you have power to both sides of the fuses.
If you have power to both sides of the fuses, its not the fuse or the power supply.
If you have power on only one side of the fuse it the fuse.
If you have no power on either side of the fuse, your not getting power to the fuses block.

Check the Blue charging relay in the engine bay fuse box , if it fails there is no power to the fans or windows .

Wow! Thanks for the help. My vehicle is a 2000 Isuzu Rodeo v6mpvh & I live in Hawaii where it has been raining constantly for a month & 1/2. Moisture prob.?
I pray its the fuses & will have to by a test lite.
and off grid road full of deep puddles & rough riding.
