Small engine and the load of the AC will cause the engine to have to work harder and feel "slower". Nothing you can do other thatn not have AC on to long!

I have a 95 honda civic it has a drive 4, drive3, 2 and 1 so which do i use oh the highway

Hi,
You would use drive 4 for highway driving.
Drive 3 is good for in town driving with stop and go traffic.
Drive 1and 2 are for snowy and muddy conditions at slow speeds.
Enjoy,

There are a number of control units in the 92 Civic. If you mean the PGM-FI, ECU (engine control unit), it is behind the passenger side kick panel.
