1996 grand am 3.1 wet floor on drivers side?
How to replace the blower motor resistor on a pontiac grand am 1996 3.1
Either your AC drain is clogged or the heater core is failing. Does your heat work well and blow hot air? If so, it's likely a clogged AC drain (although a bad heater core could be the issue). If it does not, your heater core is shot (replacement involves removal of the dashboard).

it is a channel for drain under floor it collects water and doesn't drain so water comes up into car and soaks floor board. I know it sounds weird but yes actually the water comes up into the car. you need to drill a hole under the car to allow drainage in the channel.
