Question about 2002 Saturn L-Series
I have a 2003 Saturn Vue 2.2L 4 cylinder engine, 5 speed manual transmission. I am having problems with my gears being hard to shift. The hardest gears to shift into are 1st and reverse. I had the Slave Cylinder replaced just a month ago and that fixed the issue at that time but here we go again with another issue. Someone advised me that it may be the clutch cable, and the dealer wants to charge me $100 bucks just to take a look. They still shift however u would have to bench press at least 100lbs to be able to shift them...Please help...cheap fix needed.
Continued operation like this and $100 would have been the cheap fix. If this is a hydraulic clutch, check the fluid level in the clutch master cylinder. Most take Dot 3 brake fluid and it will say on the cap. It is located on the fire wall near brake master cylinder
