Warning light --Upside down horseshoe with exclamation point

Upside down horseshoe with exclamation point warning light in Pontiac Vibe dashboard in the "fuel gauge" section of dash panel. What does this symbol mean??

  • jsdk1147 Nov 12, 2009

I asked the question.... What does the dash symbol that looks like an explanation point in an upside down horseshoe in the "fuel gauge" section of Pontiac Vibe dashboard mean?

I do NOT have the owner's manual.

It should be letting you know that you have a tire pressure problem. If you still have the owners manual read it. It will explain what to do, what to look for and how to reset the light if need be.

Ok, with out the vehicle's owners manual. It is an alert. An issue with your tire/s air pressure has been detected. Just check all the tires, the recommended tire pressure is on the drivers side door jam. Adjust the tires air pressure as recommended and the light should go out with the next drive cycle. If not let me know.

The exclamation point 2005 always on

The exclamation point that you see is an indicator light to inform you that you have a low tire, if it flashes for a minute or so when you start the car that means the sensor is bad but if it is always just on that means you need to stop at the nearest gas station and put some air in those tires.
