Hi,
I have 2000 Toyota Solara V6 SE car. I need to replace B1S1 and B2S1 O2 Sensors. It would be greatful if could you assist me to locate them in my car.
Thanks
Jay
Both these sensors are located before the catalytic converter, sometimes in the exhaust manifold. are you sure that's the problem. Usually they both don't go at the same time. Are they running rich or lean, get back to me and we'll go from there Thanks Ray
you need to have a qualified mechanic look at this on a scanner,we need to know if the sensors are reading rich or lean,if lean you may have a vacuum leak,if rich it could be a fuel problem.without having the car in front of me it's hard to say what the problem is. I hope this helps if you need more help you know where to find me.

Hello mail4rj: My name is Roger and I will help you. Bank 1 sensor 1 means the cylinder head with #1 cylinder located in it. B2S1 is the cylinder head opposite the #1 cylinder. Basically locate the oxygen sensors in front of the catalytic converters and you will have the sensor you asked to locate. Any sensors behind the converters would be wrong. Should you need further help please just ask. Please rate the answer you received. Thank You for using Fix Ya. Roger

Hi Ray,
My car's check engine light is ON. I got the code PO135 and PO155. I went a to Mechanic to check. He said B1S1 and B2S1 sensors should be replaced. Please help me on this issue.
Thanks Ray.
Hi Roger,
I located B2S1 but I am unable to find out B1S1 when open the engine. It's not visible. It would be great if could let me know exactly where to find this.
Thanks
Jay
