I have a 1995 toyota camary 2.2 liter. My wife was driving it on a country road when it start chuging on her. She pulled over and the car stalled, without starting back up. I check the engine for spark but not receiving any. Before I tried by process of ellimination spraying gas into the air intake but still did not start. I also, before I noticed there was no spark, checked the fuel pump. I removed the back seat, but cant hear the fuel pump kick on. I dont know if it is just that queit where I cant hear it or its not kicking on for any reason. Hopefully you can help me before I start spending money on guessing what is wrong.

If the is no spark it's not fuel problem. You might have a bad coil pack. I think they test them at napa or autozone.
There's a couple of scenarios here. Most serious being the possibility of a broken timing belt. Very possibly because the issue happened while the engine was under a high load.
A bad crank sensor, or camshaft sensor may also prevent spark.
The ECM needs signals from these sensors to allow or stop the fuel pump from running.
