I am assuming you mean there is no heat to the car interior. if that is the case, you need to check out the heat exchanger. make sure that it wasn't bypassed when the other work was done. then feel the inlet and out let hose to the exchanger to see if both feel hot once the engine is running. that will tell you that coolant is flowing through the exchanger. with the heater on and blower motor fan on, do you get air at the vents? If not then check your fuses. If exchanger hoses hot on inlet and not hot on outlet then exchanger is blocked and bad. you will need to replace it... it is a pain to get to and do.
Please clarify. if its heat as interior air temperature, it shouldnt have anything to do with the actual engine componets and more something to do with your switches inside? If its heat as in the temperature of the engine, does the engine run because if it does, it has to create heat.

I mean no heat as in no interior heat, yes the motor runs, but after driving 100km I still get COLD air coming thru heat vents, defrost etc..
