I have a 2002 Dodge Caravan SE. The left rear turn signal is not working, I changed the middle and lower bulbs, but not the top reverse light. The running lights and the brake lights work but the left turn signal still doesn't flash in the rear, it does flash fast on the front bulb. Where is the flasher unit located? unless you have a better idea. Thank you
You may have an issue with the directional signal switch in the steering column. Power to this goes thru that switch. It usually required removing the steering wheel to gain access to correct. You may not want to tackle this yourself unless you have a manual and the proper tools. I had to buy a special too to remove the gear selector to gain access. Only used it twice and had to get it from a Snap-On mobile truck salesman. What a pain!

Usually that fast blink is a good warning that one of the signals is out. Double checked that bulb is same # and all that ? What number is on the bulb? if it's 2057 or 3057, try pulling wires on side of bulb with fingernail, outward to make better contact, to see if that helps.

If you have trouble finding signal flasher, turn your right side blinker on, and follow clicking noise to flasher.
Sounds like you have a bad ground. Follow the wiring harnesses under the hood and in the trunk, there should be a ground wire going to the chassis or to the body. If they are all clean and tight, you might be looking at a bad light socket.

did you take a look at your fuses to see if one blew they should be jus below the steering wheel to the left

Check the bulb socket for a burnt or a shorted condition. Remove bulb and try another bulb, if it does it again then you have a short in the socket or wiring to bulb. Turn on the 4 way flashers and see what it will do. If it continues then look for any burnt wire connector or wireing to bulb. Check the wiring behind the light for any metal that has cut into the wiring insulation. Hope this will help you.
