If it is a 3.5 it is located on the front of the engine on the drivers side under the plenum.

On the 2.7L 2000 Intrepid engine, the Cam Position Sensor is directly in front of the upper engine block on the driver's side, next to the timing belt cover. It looks like a little flat electrical plug, about 1"square. with 3 wires. It is held in place with 1 bolt. Mine was a 1/2" hex bolt. The part cost $32, tax included, at AutoZone and took me about 5 minutes to replace. Do NOT over-tighten the bolt. Torque it to 150ftp, or just wrist tighten it about a 1/4 " after it stops turning by hand.

Where is the camshaft sensor in a 2000 dodge intrepid 2.7 engine

The camshaft position sensor is mounted to the top of the timing case cover. The bottom of the sensor is positioned above the camshaft sprocket. The distance between the bottom of sensor and the camshaft sprocket is critical to the operation of the system.

No spark crank sensor new 2.7

If you have no spark, and you replaced the Crankshaft Position sensor, you may have a faulty Camshaft Position sensor, failed Timing Chain or stretched Timing Chain, or a faulty ECM. Since the Camshaft Position sensor doesn't cost much, I would start with that after checking the Timing.
Also, be sure to check the condition of the Connector going to the Crankshaft Position sensor and Camshaft Position sensor.

Where is the camshaft position sensor located on a 2003 dodge intrepid?

Down on front bottom of engine block. Follow the spark plug wires to coil packs and ignition module. Then there will be two or three more wires that run from there down to the crankshaft position sensor.
